Get Knocked Down 7 times, Get Up 8.

After over two years of so much stress in life, I let the small choices add up to putting on weight and stopping working out. I'm looking forward to the public accountability that comes from posting weekly about my journey to where I want to be.

First up for me will be the 3 Day Refresh, and while it isn't FUN for me, I know it will be effective to get me back in the groove and help me turn loose of some goo.
